We will conduct an in-depth analysis of your finances, your operations, and your market potential vis-à-vis the current market trends and potential revenue. We use the data to create an attractive business profile for your company. This will ensure that your company can attract the right buyers and command the right price.

Step 2: We Structure the Sale

We try to find the most suitable price range for your company. We take the guesswork out of pricing by leveraging solid data about the current market condition, your company’s projected growth, sales potential, and comparisons to similar businesses value within the same industry. We have expert analysts and data specialists that use sophisticated, time-proven valuation techniques. We make sure that we get the highest possible price for your company, while ensuring that it is still within an attractive price range for the current market.

Step 3: We Confidentially Network The Sale

In this stage of the selling process, we leverage state-of-the-art technology in order to market your company to prospective business brokers and strategic buyers all over the world. This provides the widest range of exposure for your company, as Transworld Business Advisors and thousands of industry professionals in our network sell your company, while respecting confidentiality.

Step 4: We Confidentially Advertise Your Company To Buyers

The next step is to aggressively market your company to potential buyers, leveraging various industry databases, internet sites, and publications in order to provide maximum exposure and top dollar reach. We don’t try to cut corners when it comes to advertising. We spend money to ensure that your company is advertised in the best possible places with the best possible reach. Step 5: We Control the Information Flow

We collate all necessary documentation and make sure that information is only provided on a per need basis. This is to ensure that confidentiality is maintained even if we take advantage of advertising. Potential buyers are pre-screened in the selection process and made to sign a confidentiality agreement before they receive sensitive information about your company and the selling process.

Step 6: We Create Competition for Your Company

We try to stack the odds in your favor by creating competition for your business. Buyers are screened in the selection process for their financial ability to meet the offer, and the list is winnowed down to only the most qualified buyers. After you meet the shortlisted buyers, we encourage them to prepare and present their best offers. Hemet was originally called South San Jacinto, namely because it is part of the San Jacinto Valley in California’s Riverside County, sharing half of the valley with the city of San Jacinto. Hemet’s founding actually came before the formation of Riverside County itself, since South San Jacinto was founded when Riverside County was still part of San Diego County. The city’s growth is owed to the formation of Lake Hemet, which helped agriculture to prosper in the area. The city is famous because of California’s official outdoor play, The Ramona Pageant, which started in 1923 and is currently the longest running outdoor plays in the country.

The city of Hemet is also closely associated with trees, having been named a Tree City USA for 2 decades now by the Arbor Day Foundation. This is on account of Hemet’s dedication to the local forest. Hemet is also famous for the Hemet Valley Medical Center, which is a large general hospital that houses 320 beds, and the five large parks that are situated in the city.

History

Hemet’s name originated from the name of the company that helped establish the town – The Lake Hemet Land Company. The company, for its part, got its name from a place in San Jacinto Mountains called Hemet Valley. In case you’re not familiar with Hemet Valley, it’s because the place is now called Gamer Valley. What is known as Hemet today was originally just referred to as South San Jacinto, and only changed to its current name when the land company in 1893 filed a plat map.

The city of Hemet’s incorporation was in January 1910. The place originally had 177 residents, with only 33 of them voting against incorporation. It is said by historians that these minority were landowners, who opposed incorporation because they feared that their taxes would increase. The majority of residents voted for incorporation because it would help them catch up with the growth of the city, which was already starting to outgrow its meager infrastructure. The incorporation was successful in helping them grow their city.

This growth would reach its zenith in the 1960s, when large scale residential development began via the sprouting of mobile home parks and retirement communities. This gave Hemet a reputation as a working class retirement area. It is in the 1980s when subdivisions catering to single family home started appearing in Hemet, and with it came the sprouting of big box retail. There was a brief economic downturn in the early 90s, but the city recovered when housing started booming in the early 21st century. Hemet benefited from the area’s affordability and its close proximity to important employment hubs such as San Bernardino, Riverside, and Corona.

Geography

Hemet is surrounded mostly by the San Jacinto Mountains and Santa Rosa Hills, which meant that it is mostly dry land with the exception of its southern part, where the Diamond Valley Lake is found. The US Census Bureau states that Hemet has a total area of 27.8 sqm. It is located in western Riverside County, and is roughly 80 miles away from Downtown Los Angeles.

Climate

As expected of a city in Riverside County, the climate in Hemet can be particularly warm, though not as much as other desert cities that are not surrounded by mountains. The highest average temperature in Hemet can reach 116F, usually in Jun to September. While the lowest recorded temperature is 18F, mostly in the winter months.

Economy

According to the California Economic Development Department, the City of Hemet’s economy hinges on four different industries – namely health care, retail trade, government, and educational services. These four sectors altogether provide jobs to 13,121 individuals. There are also other major industries in Hemet that further boost its economy, including leisure, financial services, construction, and manufacturing. The four biggest employers in Hemet are the Physicians for Healthy Hospitals, Walmart Supercenter, the Hemet Unified School District, and the County of Riverside.
